ME(re)TREAT

This November we’re heading back to the enchanting Tofo for another edition of Mozambique Magic. We’ll delight in the Moroccan-inspired Tofo charm of our retreat space, a haven that invites us to live fully in the present. From our lush and tranquil oasis, a stroll along the palm-lined sandy roads leads us to hidden gems and local treasures that we haven’t stopped thinking about since our last retreat!

Imagine slow, gentle days spent swimming with whale sharks, drinking fresh coconuts on the beach, warm turquoise water beckoning you for a dip or surf lessons. Yoga flows and breathwork in our jungle shala. Learning how to cook a delicious local dish with a Mozambican family, enjoying shared silence in the sun, soulful conversations and laughter over lingering dinners. As the stars come out, we might dance the night away, or tuck into bed for an early night to wake up for a magical sunrise mediation on the beach.

A retreat that feels like a friend’s trip, where we dose up on sunshine, adventure, connection and inspiration. We’ll celebrate the things that make us feel alive – nature, movement, community and food – together with like-minded people, and you’ll leave with nourishing rituals to incorporate into your life back home to maintain your Tofo glow up!

We’re keeping the retreat small and intimate for a nurturing group energy that will give you the space to soften, recharge and reconnect with what truly matters. Think of our offering as freedom wrapped in support and community. We’ve created a programme with a gentle structure, while still giving you the space to rest or discover at your own pace.
